It escalates the way you set it. Stops the moment you confirm.
Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP host can set up a reminder that finds you through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or a phone call — arranged in the order and intervals you pick. Don't use an agent? Jump onto the web and configure everything yourself in about two minutes.
My agent does the reminding
Your agent is already aware of what's happening. PingPilot is the channel through which it gets your attention when it matters — a call, WhatsApp message, SMS, or email that keeps escalating until you respond. Because the escalation chain is run from our infrastructure, it carries on after your session closes.
- →An outage hits. Your agent phones you through PingPilot — and tries again if you don't press 1.
- →A long-running build or eval wraps up at 3am. Your agent fires off a WhatsApp, then calls if you never tapped it open.
- →Your agent notices a domain or certificate expiring soon, and reserves a reminder chain for the day before.
- →It's been two days since a pull request landed in your review queue. Your agent texts you, and follows up with a call.
- →Whatever your agent can pick up on, it can flag for you. It judges importance — PingPilot just makes sure the news actually reaches you.
Or remind yourself
Birthdays, subscriptions, tax deadlines, medication — add each one once on the web, order the channels, and PingPilot keeps escalating until you check it off. No agent, no app install, no extra software to babysit.
Create your first reminder →Let your agent do the reminding.
Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP host can build escalation chains on your behalf. Say to your agent "ring me at 9am Friday if the domain still isn't renewed," and it books the entire sequence with PingPilot.
The reminder goes out from our servers — not the agent. Shut the laptop, end the session, go fully offline. The phone still rings.
Dive into the agent docs →claude mcp add --transport http pingpilot https://pingpilot.app/api/v1/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer pp_live_YOUR_KEY" Generate your key in Settings and replace pp_live_YOUR_KEY with it.
Create it once. We manage the follow-through.
Jot down what to remember
A birthday, a subscription, a deadline — just add a name and a date.
Pick your channel
WhatsApp, SMS, email, or a call — whichever one you're most likely to actually notice.
Get back to living
We'll surface it on the day, right where your attention already is. It won't slip past you.
Not every reminder is equal — neither should its channel be.
You decide what fits.
Birthdays & anniversaries
A heads-up days in advance — time for the gift, the booking, the flowers.
Subscription renewals
Notice arrives three days before the payment, so you can cancel it, keep it, or decide.
Medication & health
For yourself or someone you look after — a reminder that reliably lands, every single time.
Tax & deadlines
Filing dates, applications, long-shot deadlines. Things that break if you let them slip.
Client follow-ups
A deal died because a reply never happened. Not this time.
School & kids
PTA meetings, fees, practice runs — timed to hit right as you head out the door.
Loan & bill payments
Each month's payment lands on time. No unexpected penalties, ever.
Document renewals
A full six months of lead time for passports, visas, and licenses — before they sabotage your plans.
Travel & check-in
Check-in timelines, accommodation, travel cover. The fine print that decides how the trip goes.
Need to make it louder?
Build a chain
Most reminders just need a single nudge. For the ones you absolutely can't afford to miss, stack channels in any sequence with your own delays between them.
Serial forgetters who finally stopped.
"Silent renewals have cost me plenty over the years. PingPilot genuinely looks like the fix."
"Clever concept — escalating across channels is precisely how people dodge surprise fees."
"That step-by-step escalation model you've built could genuinely keep people ahead of the little things."
A single missed renewal covers a full year of PingPilot.
Choose the tier that matches how often you want nudges. Adjust or quit whenever.

Don't let it happen again.
Last month's subscription auto-renewed — you only spotted it on the bank statement.
The anniversary slipped by, and the apology that followed was painfully awkward.
Taxes were due a day before the reminder finally arrived.
The questions people actually ask.
Do I need to download an app?
None needed. PingPilot lives in the browser and works on any device — nothing to install, nothing extra to run.
Can I set recurring reminders?
Yes — daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules are all supported. Create it once and it fires on its own from then on, until you switch it off.
What channels can I use?
Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice calls — and every plan includes all four.
What happens if I miss the call?
If the call goes unanswered or voicemail picks up, most of that call's credits are returned to your wallet (a small amount covers the carrier's answering-machine detection). The chain doesn't stop — the next step still fires after its own delay, so you're never left hanging.
What are credits?
Credits fuel your notifications. Every channel has a different price in credits — email is cheapest, calls cost the most. Your plan tops up your credit balance monthly, and anything unused simply carries forward.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes — extra credits can be bought from your dashboard whenever you like, with or without an active plan.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel whenever you want. Any credits still in your wallet keep working until they're spent, and your reminders are never deleted.
Can my agent message someone else?
No — there's no recipient field at all. Reminders are only ever delivered to the phone number and email verified on your own account, whether you or your agent created them.
Does it work when my agent is off?
Yes. The whole chain runs on our infrastructure, so you can close the laptop, end the session, and go offline — the reminder still goes out.
Is my phone number safe?
Always. Your number is used solely to deliver reminders you personally scheduled — it's never shared, and nothing goes out without your own setup.
